Processing Time
All orders are made-to-order/hand-finished in Austin, TX. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order ships. During drops or high-demand releases, processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if there's a delay.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship via USPS:
- Ground Advantage — 3–5 business days — calculated at checkout
- Priority Mail — 1–3 business days — calculated at checkout
- Free shipping on orders over $100
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking. Please allow 24 hours for tracking info to update.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
NUNE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by USPS. If your tracking shows an issue or your item arrives damaged, contact us at [nunetogs@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery and we'll help sort it out.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Order Changes
